Description

Helping our people to help the public in challenging times

Most of us only experience call centres as someone who is calling in. But what is it like when you are on the receiving end of calls?

We are delighted to have the most inspirational leader in the West Midlands sharing how she and her colleagues inspire their staff to rise to the challenge 24/7, 365 days a year.

Sally Bourner currently leads a team of 900 staff who respond to 2000 incidents daily in an intense, complex and challenging environment. Head of Force Contact Centres for West Midlands Police, Sally and her colleague Amanda Young, Employment Engagement Manager will share:

  • An insight into West Midlands Police and our WMP2020 ambition

  • Our approach to employee engagement and the value that results

  • Case study - Force Contact

No matter what sector you are in, you will find something to inspire you to take back to your work place.

Places are limited, so a place at this event is highly sought after. Only if you are able to fully commit to attending, then please book in now for Wednesday 29th November, generously sponsored and hosted by Hays Human Resources, in Central Birmingham.
