Description

The link between wellbeing and engagement: the critical journey to retain and attract top talent

Renowned leadership expert Ruth Cooper-Dickson will guide you on how to start your engagement journey with your workforce, action your end game goals and fine tune your existing structures and policies.

You will learn how to:

  • Understand the key metrics that really matter
  • Execute quick wins that immediately feed into positive business performance and P&L improvement
  • Challenge your delivery group, levels of seniority and HR sponsorship
  • Support your leaders to create an engaged culture and role model the right behaviours from a genuine and authentic place
  • Build trust that will support early intervention with disengaged employees
  • Define your open, transparent and authentic comms strategy across your journey

We're also pleased to be joined by employment law expert Lesley Murphy from 2017 Scottish Legal Award winning firm Harper Macleod.

Lesley will discuss how employers can effectively and practically address the workplace implications of a breakdown in employee engagement and well-being; long-term sickness absences and employee grievances, not only seeking to minimise risk but also to increase the chances of achieving a positive outcome
