A joint event from Southern with Sussex & Surrey to include the AGM from both branches.
Mike Cousins from Triaster will present a talk on process improvement and employee engagement. Consistent adherence to best practice determines whether the customer is consistently satisfied. This talk will be suitable for those quality and improvement professionals who wish to challenge how employees and customers are engaged and to rethink how outputs are delivered successfully to them.
Speaker Details:
Dr Michael Cousins is the Chairman and Founder of Triaster Ltd, a software company known for its innovative solutions to important business problems. He feels strongly about the role of Quality in the workplace to define and improve the processes that make companies work. He holds a PhD in Mathematics and is a long-time Fellow of the CQI.
