Employee Engagement Uncut - for C-suite leaders and HR Professionals
Event Information
About this Event
How are we collectively engaging with people in ways that digitally enables and culturally empowers them to work happily and more productively alone and in teams?
Practical pressures, the emotional bank-balance overdrawn for many, back to work again, WFH, don't WFH, WFH again - it's a challenge for the most agile of organisations.
Yet behind this context, the age of digitilisation is morphing into an age of higher purpose through a growing consciousness and desire for genuine care for people, planet and peace amongst consumers, stakeholders, suppliers and team-members.
In practice, technology as an enabler often takes second place to content and engagement that speaks across personal culture as well as organisational culture. We need to embrace the right technology and we need to embrace teams and technology in ways that works best for most if not all team-members.
Employee Engagement Uncut explores and develops the power of HR and Reward/Recognition thinking, communications user-experience strategy, content and psychology in the spaces between the lines of ‘what we expect’ and ‘what we hope for’ from the teams and individuals on whom we depend for the success of our organisation.
Join a lively interactive leaders circle that meets fortnightly for a limited series of three and is host to leaders across the country and the globe. The format is interactive (this is NOT a webinar) and facilitated by coaches, consultants and professionals with a background in organisational psychology, team-dynamics, content and design.
More details to follow in early January.
