Description

“Experience is everything. From pre-hire to retire, using the experience as a lens, we can maximize all the interactions an individual has with an employer over the long-term to create a deep sense of belonging and co-create high performance and stronger business outcomes.” - Ben Whitter

Once-upon-a-time attracting, recruiting and retaining employees were relatively straightforward processes.

In what was an employer led market a jobseeker wouldn’t think twice before applying for a vacancy that included little more than a job spec and salary. An annual pay rise was enough to cement loyalty and the stigma around ‘job hopping’ enough to dissuade employees from moving to pastures new.

Fast forward to 2019 our employee’s ethos and attitude towards to the workplace could not be more polar.

Living in a digital world that’s been influenced by consumer experience employees are demanding more from talent brands and their employers in return for their service.

The subsequent shift to an employee driven labour market means that HR teams must work closely with management teams to deliver a positive ‘experience’ that’s consistent throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

With several studies showing employee experience strategies to dramatically improve; engagement, productivity and bottom-line sales how do you plan to deliver a unique, diverse employee experience?

Join us at Workvine for a free-half day workshop and conversation for companies and HR professionals looking to enhance the employee experience throughout the entirety of the employee lifecycle.
