About this event

Perchnogaeth Gweithwyr (PG) Cymru – Pam mae PG yn opsiwn olyniaeth gref.

Mae Perchnogaeth Gweithwyr (PG) ar gynnydd yng Nghymru, gan gynnig dewis arall pwerus ac ymarferol ar gyfer olyniaeth busnes a darparu twf gwydn sy'n canolbwyntio ar y gymuned.

Wrth i’r nifer o gwmnïau sy'n eiddo i weithwyr barhau i dyfu, mae'n amlwg bod PG yn fwy na dim ond tuedd; mae'n rhan hanfodol o adeiladu economi decach a chryfach yng Nghymru.

  • Yn Cwmpas rydym wedi cefnogi nifer uchel o fusnesau i berchnogaeth y gweithwyr ac rydym yn rhoi'r wybodaeth ddiweddaraf am PG. Ymunwch â ni a chydweithwyr o'r cwmni cyfreithiol Wrigleys i gael trosolwg o PG; pam mae'n gweithio fel model olyniaeth, y camau sy'n gysylltiedig â symud i PG a'r gefnogaeth sydd ar gael.

Pwy ddylai fynychu

  • Cyfrifwyr sy'n cynghori busnesau ar gynllunio olyniaeth, treth a llywodraethu.
  • Timau cyllid a chynghorwyr busnes sy'n gweithio gyda busnesau bach a chanolig neu gwmnïau sy'n archwilio Perchnogaeth Gweithwyr.
  • Busnesau sydd â diddordeb mewn opsiwn olyniaeth wahanol, neu ystyried modelau Perchnogaeth Gweithwyr.

Pam mynychu

  • Cael mewnwelediadau ymarferol, cyfredol i strwythurau perchnogaeth gweithwyr — yn enwedig YPG (Ymddiriedolaethau Perchnogaeth Gweithwyr), a dysgu am y broses a'r heriau o ddod yn eiddo i weithwyr.
  • Mewnwelediadau ar PG: safbwyntiau cyfreithiol, treth, prisio a chynghori Astudiaethau achos sy'n arddangos trawsnewidiadau PG Cymreig go iawn.
  • Cadwch wybod am ymgyrch Llywodraeth Cymru i ddyblu nifer y busnesau sy'n eiddo i weithwyr yng Nghymru erbyn 2026.
  • Mynediad at opsiynau cymorth drwy Busnes Cymru, Busnes Cymdeithasol Cymru, Llywodraeth Cymru, a Chyngor Wrecsam (awdurdodau lleol).
