Mae Perchnogaeth Gweithwyr (PG) ar gynnydd yng Nghymru, gan gynnig dewis arall pwerus ac ymarferol ar gyfer olyniaeth busnes a darparu twf gwydn sy'n canolbwyntio ar y gymuned.
Wrth i’r nifer o gwmnïau sy'n eiddo i weithwyr barhau i dyfu, mae'n amlwg bod PG yn fwy na dim ond tuedd; mae'n rhan hanfodol o adeiladu economi decach a chryfach yng Nghymru.
