About this event
Join us on 24 September 2025 at Employer Brand Management Live 2025, a Communicate magazine conference.
To coincide with the tenth annual Employer Brand Management Awards on 24 September 2025, Communicate magazine is hosting Employer Brand Management Live 2025, a one-day conference designed to showcase some of the best examples of employer brands.
Since the Employer Brand Management Awards launched, perceptions and conversations around the employer brand have continued to evolve. A strong employer brand is seen as the beating heart of many organisations. It goes beyond fancy recruitment adverts; employer brand is an intrinsic part of the ethos and ethics of an organisation. Crucially, it also shapes the employee experience and guides the employee journey. If utilised well, it attracts, engages and retains talent.
In a year marked by technological disruption, evolving employee expectations, geopolitical uncertainty and the continuing impact of generative AI, one thing is clear: companies must do more than just adapt, they must inspire. Attracting and retaining top talent means standing for something meaningful and that starts with a strong, authentic employer brand.
Employer Brand Management Live 2025 delivers exclusive insights from the leaders shaping the future of work. From culture-driven strategies and inclusive branding to digital innovation and employee advocacy, discover how the best brands are staying relevant, resilient and ready for what's next.
This is a must attend event, offering the opportunity to engage with industry-leading experts, thought leaders and practitioners who are at the forefront of developing powerful employer brand strategies.
📍 Join us on 24 September at The Park Plaza Riverbank, London.
This year’s programme explores the full spectrum of modern employer branding, from creative campaigns and culture transformation to leadership, design and strategy. You’ll hear from our brilliant sponsors — Creed Comms, Havas People, Tonic and Wiser — as they showcase some of their award-winning employer branding work. We’ll also dive into how AI is reshaping the way brands connect with talent and explore the emerging influence of Generation Alpha on the future workplace.
