For this week’s E2 Inspired series we welcome our special guest, Anna Traniello.

Anna has more than 17 years’ experience in financial services marketing working in-house for large and small organisations across multiple products, asset classes and investment strategies. She has planned and delivered large scale marketing and communications strategies with global reach. Her expertise encompasses strategy and planning, project management, brand development, campaign management, fund/investment propositions and content strategy. Backed by her extensive marketing experience, Anna has also worked closely with company leaders and talent acquisition teams to help them craft and communicate an authentic employer brand and employee value proposition. Anna is truly passionate about bringing together great organisations and great people and does this by developing and implementing strategies that support and differentiate their employer brand, actively communicates their values and employee value proposition aimed at attracting top talent and driving internal engagement.
