Claire Binni A Chartered member of the CIPD, I am an experienced HR and Business Professional with a strong generalist HR background. I have significant experience of Organisational Change and a specialist in Employee Relations matters, with a particular interest in Absence Management and Occupational Health intervention. I am also well versed in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. A competent manager I have the ability and personality to work with staff at all levels, influencing and providing advice and guidance to senior managers to ensure legal HR compliance in an Organisation.
‘CueDoc Occupational Health (COH) is a limited company based in Carlisle, originally under the ownership of a group of GP and now owned by Sandra Holliday, Managing Director. COH has been working with clients across Cumbria and North West England since 2008 with a vision to provide proactive high quality occupational health for business regardless of the number of employees or remote location.
CueDoc OH offer a comprehensive occupational Health service that helps clients to meet their obligations under Health & Safety Law. In 2013 CueDoc welcomed Maureen Colohan, a qualified Mindfulness Therapist and Trainer, to the team as our Well-Being Consultant. COH’s other core services include drug and alcohol testing, health and wellbeing, workplace and travel vaccinations as well as on-employment medicals
