Have you ever wondered about what really happens at an employment tribunal?
Most are lucky enough to avoid tribunals however for some it is a stressful, costly and time consuming exercise. Would you like to experience what it is like for without the pitfalls of the real thing?
The mock tribunal will be based around a fictional scenario dealing with a common type of claim, such as unfair dismissal or discrimination.
The mock tribunal will be an interactive workshop with ability for all attendees to participate, some may even wish to take the stand as a fictional witness. The interactive tribunal workshop will include a tribunal panel, documents, witnesses, witness statements, cross-examination and most importantly a verdict. The Tribunal will be presented by experienced Employment Solicitor, Stuart Irving of Bendles Solicitors.
• Attendees get to fully understand the procedure of Tribunals including giving evidence, cross-examination and re-examination;
