Employing Veterans with Convictions

Together with Defence ERS Gold Award holder, Offploy CIC, Yorks & Humber RFCA will be hosting an online training workshop on Tuesday 9th September, 10:00-11:00, for employers to get a better understanding of:

1. What a conviction is (it's not only ex-prisoners!)
2. How this specifically affects Veterans
3. What HR / legal elements need to be considered
4. How to get started in employing from this cohort.

Offploy’s Training & Advocacy Manager, Rik Willis, will deliver the session, take questions and provide access to some free resources and toolkits for further knowledge building and next steps.
