Event description

Due to popular demand, we will be holding a second Investigations Breakfast Briefing in May.

With workplace litigation on the rise, it’s more important than ever to make sure your disciplinary, grievance, and whistleblowing investigations are fair and legal.

Flawed investigations can be extremely costly – for your reputation, as well as your bank balance. Thorough investigations, on the other hand, can help manage emotions and resolve disputes – without the need for litigation.

Our breakfast briefing will take you through the legal requirements and best practical tips for undertaking a fair investigation.
