To fulfil the legal requirement for employers to train their managers on the Employment (Bullying at Work) Act 2014.

To understand the meaning and implications of the Act, including managers' responsibilities.

To recognise & develop skills around handling bullying allegations.

• Record keeping.
• Dealing with a complaint formally/informally.
