  • What to do if your employee raises a grievance and how to address the allegations raised?
  • What if the grievance is against you?

 Sickness Absence

  • How to handle and prevent short term frequent absences.
  • Dealing with long term absences.
  • Getting an employee back to work.
  • When does poor health amount to a legal disability?
  • What are ‘reasonable adjustments’ and when do you have to make them?
  • When/how can you dismiss an employee for ill health reasons?

Discrimination and Harassment:

  • Who is protected from discrimination at work?
  • Identifying discrimination (and the different types) within your workplace - it’s not always as obvious as you might think!
  • Preventing and tackling discrimination in your workplace.
  • What is harassment, how to identify and prevent it.
