Employment Law Essentials - Using AdviserNet to help clients

AdviserNet and the Citizens Advice Public Site are excellent and reliable summaries of employment law but it is difficult for advisers to know where to look. This training is for volunteers and paid advisers at Citizens Advice and is about the common situations of our clients. In each situation, the training identifies the essential advice and references where this information is found both on Adviser Net and the Public Site.

The trainer, Paul Archer, has been working as an Employment Lawyer and Trainer for 35 years for Solicitors Firms, Law Centres, and Citizens Advice. This Training has been delivered by Zoom for more than seventy five Citizens Advice offices throughout England and Wales and the evaluations have been excellent.
