Oliver works closely with employers across industries on every day and strategic workforce issues, from reorganisations and TUPE to employee relations, contracts and dispute management. He’s recognised for delivering practical, business‑focused advice and regularly provides seminars and bespoke training for leadership teams and HR. Beyond client work, Oliver plays an active role in the local community and business ecosystem in Lincolnshire through board and trustee positions.
Tom advises employers (and employees) on the entire employment lifecycle, disciplinary and grievance processes, performance and sickness management, contracts, policies and settlement agreements - alongside complex matters including redundancy and restructuring, TUPE, IR35, data protection and restrictive covenants. He frequently delivers internal and external seminars and bespoke training for HR and leadership teams.
Emily advises on workplace processes, disciplinary, capability and grievance, alongside comprehensive reviews of contracts, policies and procedures for organisations of every size. Emily regularly negotiates settlement agreements for both employers and employees and contributes to client learning through CPD‑accredited seminars with Adapt Training.
With 25+ years in recruitment at Hays, Ruth specialises in HR appointments across South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, partnering with organisations on insight‑led talent strategies alongside personalised support for job seekers.
A registered nurse (BMedSci Hons in Occupational Health) with a PGCert in Occupational Hygiene and NEBOSH, Naomi delivers multidisciplinary OH services focused on compliant, cost‑effective support that improves employee wellbeing and organisational outcomes.
