A qualified employment lawyer, fellow of the CIPD and member of the Industrial Law Society, Matthew has extensive experience in employment law, contracts, agreements and HR. Following a non-traditional route to becoming a legal adviser he has since supported a number of clients through the intrigues, stories and drama of how to best manage employees and achieving outcomes. A problem solver with a keen eye, Matthew has extensive experience within the Manufacturing, Engineering and Public sectors including NHS trusts and Housing Associations.
