Summary: The session will provide a brief case law update; The interactive session will be based on the real-life experience of the team, drawing on personal experiences to provide a practical checklist for all those involved in HR.
Speaker: Jonathan Holden
Jonathan is a Partner at Forbes Solicitors and has extensive experience in employment law, having specialised in this area since 2005. Jonathan regularly advises across both public and private sector organisations on a wide range of employment matters, providing practical advice and delivering specifically tailored in-house training. Jonathan regularly appears in employment tribunals representing clients across the country for a whole range of employment related disputes. He speaks regularly at external events on employment law issues.
