Rhodri is Partner and Head of Employment.
He predominantly acts for employers and has represented clients from both the public and private sector. Rhodri deals with all aspects of employment law including employment tribunal claims for which he has considerable experience of successfully defending discrimination and business transfer related claims.
Jayme Nicholson, Partner
Jayme predominantly acts for employers, but also provides advice to senior employees. Jayme provides HR support to a number of businesses including in the following areas:
- Redundancy and restructuring
- Disciplinary and Grievance issues
- Drafting of Contracts, Policies and Procedures
- Drafting of and advising on Settlement Agreements
Rory Wakeling, Solicitor
As part of the Kitsons employment team, Rory acts for Claimants and Respondents and has been involved in complex cases that have received national press attention. Rory advises a range of Clients including: private individuals, schools and businesses ranging from small start ups to established national organisations.
