This is the second Employment Law Update in the Bournemouth, Poole and District Local Group Events Programme for 2016/17. By means of a presentation and use of case studies and group work, this session will highlight to participants new developments in employment law and their potential impact for HR professionals. Review of case studies provides an opportunity to look in-depth at specific aspects of the law.
This session will be presented by Michelle Kemp and Rayner Jones from Kemp Jones Solicitors. They both specialise in providing employment law services, predominantly to employers, and have worked with clients across a wide range of sectors including SMEs, public limited companies and public sector organisations.
