- Can you rely on expired written warning to dismiss employees?
- When is a contractor also a "worker"?
- When can you rely on a mobility clause to move an employee's place of work?
- When is work stress a disability?

Howes Percival’s employment team will also look at any other anticipated changes which have a practical significance for employers and HR professionals.
