The Employment Law and Business Immigration Team at Bridge McFarland Solicitors, in conjunction with the CIPD, will provide a topical legal update bringing delegates up to speed with the most important developments of the last six months and looking ahead to important employment law changes. We focus on the essential ‘need to know’ issues, with clear and practical action points to take away.
What is it about?
The areas that will be covered at this update include:
- Gender pay gap reporting
- Recent case law on topics including employee/worker status, disability and reasonable adjustments and disciplinary procedures.
The Bridge McFarland team have over 50 years of combined experience of advising businesses on employment law.
Delegates are requested to register with either Bridge McFarland or the CIPD.
What is the refund & cancellation policy?
Non-Members: Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund in the event of cancellation.
Members: Events are free to attend for CIPD Members, however, we reserve the right to charge a £10 cancellation fee for any Members unable to attend who cancel within 48 hours of the event taking place (except in exceptional circumstances).
Professional photography and video production will be taking place at the event, and these images may be used on future promotional materials for CIPD. Please note that by attending the event, you are giving your consent for your image to be used on any CIPD promotional materials.
