A number of high profile cases have changed the landscape of employment law in recent months. Hence this session will help you 'sow the seeds of knowledge' and enable you to reap the rewards! We will bring you up-to-date on a number of different areas, including:
Bonuses relating to family friendly legislation, including maternity pay

- Childcare vouchers and salary sacrifice
- Reasonable adjustments for disabled employees
- Holiday Pay and commission/overtime
The event will be delivered in the trademark Warner Goodman Employment style, with case study scenarios (including examples of real cases) quizzes and the opportunity to provide feedback from group discussions.

Howard Robson is a Partner at Warner Goodman and Team Leader within the Employment Department. Howard graduated with an LLB (Hons) degree in Law in 1989 from Manchester Polytechnic and successfully completed the Solicitors Final Examinations the following year. Before joining the firm, Howard was employed by Southampton City Council as Principal Solicitor and Manager of the Litigation Team within the Legal Services Department.
Howard’s work includes all aspects of unfair dismissal and discrimination claims as well as advising upon employment policies, contractual matters and business transfers under TUPE. Howard has particular specialist experience of public sector employment cases notably in the local government sector, and is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
Hannah Rogers is a Trainee Solicitor at Warner Goodman. She studied LLB Law at the University of Sussex and completed her Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University before joining Warner Goodman in June 2014 as a File Opener. She then became a Conveyancing Assistant before starting as a Trainee in September 2016.
Hannah has worked with the Residential Conveyancing department, Commercial Property team and Family department before her current seat in the Employment Team.
