Our speaker

Emma Kemp joined Warner Goodman LLP in January 2012 as a trainee, after working for a year as a paralegal at a firm in Guildford. She studied the GDL and LPC at the College of Law in Guildford, gaining a distinction in the LPC. Emma qualified in January 2014 after successfully completing seats in the Personal Injury and Family departments, as well as the Employment Team where she chose to stay after qualifying.

Emma's role sees her working with employers, acting for them on matters including business re-organisations and redundancy schemes, performance management of staff, disciplinary matters and severance terms for executives and for Warner Goodman's Peace of Mind Employment Advice Package members.  She also assists with claimant cases and deals with Tribunal claims including constructive or unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistle blowing and breach of contract claims.
