At this online event VWV will update attendees on the latest developments in employment law and provide a look ahead at upcoming changes in 2021.
Guest Speakers:
Kathy Halliday, Partner, has particular expertise in managing complex projects, including TUPE advice, large scale redundancies and restructurings; and tribunal litigation, including multi applicant claims and complex discrimination issues.
Jane Byford, Partner, specialises in complex employment litigation and strategic HR projects, including internal disputes, senior recruitment and termination, redundancies and restructurings and employment implications of collaborations and mergers.
Lorna Scully, Senior Associate, is an experienced tribunal advocate and advises on all types of employment tribunal claims. She also advises on employment contracts and policies, settlement agreements and disciplinary and grievance issues.
Katie Hurst, Associate, advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters for a wide range of clients including advice on discrimination, disciplinary and grievance issues and tribunal claims.
Tom Brett Young, Partner, specialises in immigration law advising and assisting employers on all aspects of UK immigration law including preventing illegal working, sponsorship, visa applications for senior and overseas staff and recruitment and retention issues arising from Brexit.
