Employment law update

Howes Percival’s Employment Team is pleased to present an autumn employment law update for CIPD.

We will be reviewing recent and upcoming changes in employment law, which will have practical implications for employers and HR professionals. In particular, we will give you the latest insights into the Employment Rights Bill as it continues on its path to becoming law. Finally, we will take a look at key Tribunal decisions in a case law quiz.
