Description

Event Details:

The session will provide an overview of the latest developments in employment law, including the implications of the recent decision of the Supreme Court in the case of R (on the Application of UNISON) v The Lord Chancellor [2017] UKSC 51. In an extraordinary judgment, the Supreme Court denounced the Fee regime as “unlawful” and “unconstitutional”.

Delegates will receive the most up to date practical advice and guidance on recent case law and what this means for their organisation. The session will also explore the major changes to employment legislation expected in 2018.
