Event Details:

Employment Law after the Taylor Review

The Taylor Review into modern working practices contains about 30 proposals for changes to employment law, focused in particular on employment status, agency workers and the ‘gig economy’. In this session Darren Newman looks beyond the hype and looks the detail of the proposals. What difference would they make and what are the chances of them actually being implemented?
