They will cover some of the hot topics in employment law and HR of the last year such as:

  • The removal of Employment Tribunal fees – what will the impact be?
  • Mental Health in the Workplace – when is it a disability? What are an employer’s duties?
  • The Taylor Review into working practices – what is the likely fall out of this?
  • GDPR on the horizon – what does this mean for HR and employee data?
  • Hired then fired - a review of best practices with exiting staff following a number of high profile and quick exits of President Trump’s staff

Pam and Alex will be presenting on the key developments that will impact on manging employees and advise on how best to address this in the workplace with your staff.
