Workshop Overview:
The Employment Rights Bill is the biggest change to employment law for a generation. Over the past 12 months it has undergone scrutiny from both the House of Commons and the House of Lords and we now have a plan for the implementation of the Bill. Not everything is happening at the same time but it is set to affect all employers soon.
