About this event
Students from BPP Law School and London Metropolitan University will run free online information sessions via Microsoft Teams which will cover the following:
• The Tribunal process explained in full
• Preparing properly for a Preliminary Hearing (including telephone hearings)
• The role of the Preliminary Hearing
• Key steps between Preliminary and Final Hearings
• Relevant documents and effective witness statements
• Sequence of events at a Final Hearing (including CVP hearings)
• Asking and answering questions helpfully
• Closing submissions, Judgments and beyond
There will also be an opportunity to ask relevant questions to the presenters and an Employment Judge. Please note, they will not be able to give legal advice, they will only be able to answer questions on the process.
When?
Dates: Every Monday from 6th to 20th June 2022 (inclusive)
Session 1: 10 - 11 am - Overview of the Tribunal Process
Session 2: 12.30 - 1.30pm - The Final Hearing
