You deserve results that last long after the 8 weeks are over...Truthfully? I’ve never been a fan of typical 8-week transformation challenges.You might see results, but most of the time they come from approaches that are super restrictive, exhausting, and impossible to keep up with. And when it ends, so do the results.

That’s why I created EMPOWER60. This challenge is different. It’s not about making overwhelming changes - it’s about building habits that actually work for your life, so you can feel strong, confident, and in control for the long haul.

You’ll make incredible progress over the 8 weeks - but even better, you’ll come away with the tools to maintain it, without sacrificing the things you love.

I don’t use the word transformation lightly - EMPOWER60 is designed to shift how you think about training, nutrition and your lifestyle, so you can build a body (and life) you genuinely love - and keep it.
