About this event

Empowered by lululemon: End of Summer Slowdown

Slow down. Connect. Soak up golden moments before summer ends.

Take a pause before the seasons shift and join Gina, lululemon Yoga Ambassador, for a dreamy afternoon of movement, nourishment, and relaxation in nature. Held at the beautiful Mill Farm in Sandy, this 4-hour retreat offers space to reconnect with yourself, others, and the world around you — before the pace of autumn returns.

A Soft Landing to End the Season

You’ll arrive to a peaceful countryside setting, where you’ll move through yoga in a beautiful tipi, enjoy grounding breathwork and a deeply restorative sound bath. You'll be treated to nourishing, chef-prepared food and invited to explore hammocks, peaceful woodland paths, or simply unwind by the fire pit with hot drinks and marshmallows.

By the end of the day, we hope you’ll feel relaxed, connected, and inspired — in touch with nature, your body, and your breath. Expect to leave with a happy heart and a warm glow.

Free parking is available on site.
