EMPOWERED CONNECTION - Creative and Grounding Connection Workshop
Overview
EMPOWERED CONNECTION
Creative and Grounding Connection through Play and Consent
A workshop programme exploring connection and self-expression through
multilayered creativity, consent-based practices, and holistic disciplines. Open to
both artists and the wider public.
Participants are invited to engage with themselves and others in consensual,
playful, and grounding ways, using tools that foster clarity, creativity,
communication, and deeper awareness. For artistic communities, the workshops
also provide fertile ground for collaboration, inspiration, authentic expression, and
embodied research.
Each session interweaves movement, breathwork, energy practices, consent
exercises, embodied storytelling, music, writing, dialogue, and interactive physical
activities. The duration of the workshop is three and a half hours, including a break.
Why join?
Because meaningful connection begins with consent, and creativity flourishes
when we dare to play together.
What you’ll take home:
• Practical tools for clear and empowered communication
• A deeper understanding of personal and shared boundaries
• Confidence in navigating relationships with respect, playfulness, and ease
• Embodied exercises to spark creativity and collaboration
• Inspiration for new ways of connecting and co-creating with others
• A sense of freedom and joy in self-expression
• Practices that nurture resilience, balance, and deeper awareness
Who it is for:
Artists, performers, writers, and movement practitioners who want to strengthen
individual and group processes and develop new pathways for authentic
expression and collaboration.
It’s also open to anyone who feels scattered or overstimulated and wishes to
cultivate creative grounding, balance, and presence in their relationships and
daily lives.
