What should I wear and bring?

• A blanket to cover yourself • A mat to lie on • Comfy clothes • A notebook and pen • Some water to drink • Lip balm - optional but nice to have :)

Is there any reason that I should not do this?

Breathwork is an incredible modality for everyone, however, if you have any of the following contraindications, please let Sharon know for a modified practice: delicate pregnancy, heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, glaucoma, or if you suffer with bi-polar or have had psychotic episodes.

Can I eat before the Breathwork journey?

It is most beneficial to fast for two-three hours before and leading up to the practice

Please note tickets are non-refundable. Each space is part of a sacred, small group container, and last-minute cancellations impact the whole. If you can't attend, you may gift your spot to someone else—just let me know. Thank you for understanding.
