It is an opportunity for us to get together in a safe trusted space to be able to bounce ideas of each other and get some good old social conversations in.
Included is a presentation by Melissa on The Wheel of Life, we will work through our own wheel as a group. Once we have our wheels in place we will then get to work on our vision boards. Your vision board can be work related, home related, family, holidays, clothes…whatever the heck you like!
Plus we would like to make a donation to a north west women’s charity – yet to be determined by the group of people who show up for the workshop.
A vision board is a very personal thing when it comes to preferences, some like to use words on a whiteboard and others like to use magazine clippings on big piece of card. For this reason, between now and the workshop we will be asking you to start to keep an eye open for things you might like to bring along with you. A few ideas are listed below*

• Holiday brochures
• Photos
• Fabrics
• Stickers
• Inspirational quotes
• Felt tip pens
• Paints
• Glue
• Glitter
• Chocolate wrappers
We will provide a piece of A2 white card and bit of PVA glue and the odd bit of crafty stuff, but the rest is up to you to get creative with and OWN your board to make your future what YOU want it to be.
Believe me – it works – we are in July and I have achieved 90% of what I wanted to achieve this YEAR so I will be ready for a new board.
*You can just print these if you prefer a physical board or even sign up to Canva for free to create your board on there with images from online. As we are a community it would be great if you could bring things along you think others might like too.
