“When you are going through a tough time, and someone tells you ‘it can’t be that bad’ or to ‘pull your socks up’ it doesn’t quite cut the mustard.

In this session I will be sharing some tips on dealing with difficult emotions. You will be held where you are at and be empowered with some simple self-awareness steps to assist you in getting back into the driver’s seat of your life. This will be followed by a soothing guided meditation.”
