This event is open to all women—especially new mothers, expectant mothers, and anyone navigating or supporting the postpartum journey. Whether you're weeks into motherhood or years past it, this space is for you

Do I need to be religious to attend?

Not at all. While this is a faith-led event grounded in Christian values, women of all faiths or none are welcome. We create an inclusive space rooted in love, compassion, and mutual respec

Is this event suitable for first-time mums?

Yes! Whether you’re a first-time mum or on your third child, we’ll cover topics that resonate with all stages of the motherhood journey.

Will there be professional support or advice available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A mental health doctor will join us, sharing expert insights and answering questions in a safe, informal setting.

Will I have to speak or share my story?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Sharing is always optional. This is a safe space where you're welcome to listen, reflect, and engage as much—or as little—as you're comfortable with.

What should I bring?

Just yourself—and maybe a notebook or journal if you’d like to reflect during the session. Light refreshments will be provided.
