Of course we would like to see your lovely face. This is a safe space where you will have the opportunity to meet peers in a similar situation to you, and who understand what you are going through. But we understand that you may feel more comfortable with your camera off and that is absolutely fine.

I'm not tech-savvy, and I'm afraid I won't be able to navigate the online platform.

We understand that technology can be overwhelming, but the workshop is designed to be user friendly and accessible. Before the workshop we will provide detailed instructions on how to join and our support team will be available to assist you every step of the way.

How can I trust that my personal information will be protected?

Your privacy and confidentiality are our top priorities. We use a secure online platform with encryption to ensure only registered participants have access. We also emphasise the importance of maintaining confidentiality and encourage open communication in a respectful supportive environment.

I'm afraid I won't feel connected or supported in an online setting.

Accepted Answer

We've taken steps to create a warm and supportive online environment. Our facilitators are experienced in fostering meanignful connections and facilitating engaging discussions, even in virtual settings. You'll have the opportunity to connect with other mothers facing similar challenges.
