Laura is a highly experienced HR and organisational development (OD) professional with over 20 years of expertise in talent management, change leadership, and capability development. She has successfully designed and led national and organisation-wide OD and talent management programmes across Central and Local Government, Health and Social Care, Retail, and Financial Services.

With four years as an Executive Advisor at KPMG and six years as an independent consultant, Laura specialises in building and implementing change management strategies, leadership development initiatives, and professionalisation frameworks. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and an assessor supporting HR professionals on their journey to chartership.
