Strengths-Based Parenting Workshop – Reduce Stress, Boost Confidence, Celebrate Difference
Parenting a neurodivergent child can be exhausting, confusing, and at times, isolating. You want the very best for your child, but it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by daily challenges, school meetings, or simply not knowing the “right” way to support them.
You are not alone.
This workshop is here to give you clarity, confidence, and practical tools you can use straight away. Through the lens of neuroaffirming coaching, you’ll discover how to support your child’s strengths, reduce stress at home, and feel empowered to advocate for their needs. Most importantly, you’ll connect with other parents who truly understand what you’re going through.

In this small, supportive group, you’ll gain:
- Practical strategies to reduce family stress and ease everyday life

The workshop is led by Chiara Richards, Neurodiversity Coach & Trainer, who draws on her lived experience as both a late-diagnosed neurodivergent adult and parent, alongside her professional expertise.
