Why I do what I do and why I'd like to share it with you!

Hi, I am Paula an Aromatherapist and Reflexologist of 30 years and tutor to diploma level of 24 years, with 4 children and a family history of ethical, humanitarian, health and wellbeing priorities. I have also studied many systems of diet and nutrition along my path including the ancient and highly effective Ayurvedic principle, all leading to the opening of The Holistic Therapy Centre in South East London in 2002.

My personal journey of overcoming M.E. led me to seek out the most effective, pure, safe and natural solutions for health, wellbeing and vitality. I naturally wish to share my findings with as many people as possible.

I will also show you how you can replace your household products in cost-effective ways to reduce your surprisingly toxic load and that of the environment in beautiful health benefiting ways.

As well as personal health and wellbeing, knowing that we are all part of the collective bigger picture, environmental and humanitarian concerns have always been important to me.
