There is no denying that We live in Stressful times and this affects our Children too, In fact, some may say, our children lead more stressful lives than when we were kids. What we don't always realize however is that how stress can be detrimental to our kids overall well-being and cause various issues in their daily lives.
How do you help them deal with it?

What time is Registration from?
Registration Starts at 9.30am, the Event will Start Promptly at 10.00am.
Which Entrance to use?
Please use the Entrance via Highgrove Leisure Centre. The visitors' pedestrian and vehicular entrance to the School can be found by turning right at the end of the Highgrove Leisure Centre car park. The Venue is situated behind the Highgrove Leisure Centre in Hume Way.
Is there minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Yes, 11 years to 18 years
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The Venue has Limited Parking, on the site. The nearest Tube Station's are Eastcote & Ruislip Manor Station's which is on the Uxbridge branch of both the Metropolitan line and Piccadilly line. The School is only ten minutes walk from Ruislip Manor Tube Station & 18 to 20 minutes walk from Eastcote Tube Station. The H13 bus runs along Eastcote Road (B466) and stops near Hume Way only a few minutes walk from the School.
Pay and Display parking is available in the Highgrove Leisure Centre car park.
If you require DISABLED ACCESS or PARKING, please contact the Organizer in advance of your visit giving as much notice as possible.
What can I bring into the event?
Bring your favorite Notebook to take notes.

What's the refund policy?
It's a FREE Event.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Can I update my registration information?
There is just General Seating for this event. If you require Special Seating due to Health or Mobility, please do inform the Organiser beforehand.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
The Ticket is for the person who has registered. If you want to bring along a Friend/Family member please get them to Register.
