This free, hands-on taster day introduces you to the Ignition! Coaching Programme — a practical, proven approach that helps young people:
- Build self-worth and emotional resilience
- Re-engage with education or training
- Navigate anxiety, trauma, and difficult life circumstances
- Shift limiting beliefs and find direction
You'll leave with practical tools you can apply right away – plus a fresh perspective on what’s possible when we support young people differently.
