Is there a sales pitch at the end of the session?

Absolutely not! The session is delivered as a way of celebrating International Coaching Week and sharing our thoughts and ideas and there's no hidden agenda or ulterior motive.

Do I need to have my camera and microphone on during the session?

Ideally you will gain more from fully interacting during the session but we understand that this can be difficult at times, so just pop us an email prior to the session so we are aware of your situation. If you choose to enter a breakout room we do ask that your camera and microphone is on.
