Event Details

The world of work is currently undergoing a seismic shift. There is the disruption brought about by automation and AI. There is the political and economic uncertainty brought about by Brexit. And there are the ongoing problems employers say they face in trying to recruit the talent they need to achieve success.

At the heart of all these issues is skills, and the following questions are in need of urgent answers:

  •  How can we define the skills of the future?
  •  How can we develop the skills of the future?
  •  How can we deliver the skills of the future?

*Tomorrow’s Workforce* will bring thought-leaders from the education, economic development and talent spheres together to discuss these these questions, with a series of keynote addresses, as well as a number of related workshops. So why not join us for what promises to be a highly insightful event, as we look at how organisations such as yours can better understand the issues and challenges involved in defining, developing and delivering the skills of the future and the workforce of tomorrow.
