Sales Have Ended
Sales Have Ended
We are delighted to invite you to a day full of fresh ideas, resources, Inspiration and conversations.
This event is primarily aimed at all who work with children, families & youth and want to know more about supporting those who have additional needs and disabilities.
We would also highly recommend it to our regular supporters who would normally come to Churches for All/ Enabling church events, and anyone else who has a passion to see the abilities of everyone recognised.
WHAT IF I CAN'T BOOK ONLINE?
If you cannot book online, or need advice regarding accessibility email firstname.lastname@example.org or call Through The Roof on 01372 749955.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
By rail: From its position opposite Euston’s rail and tube stations, it is a ten minute walk from King’s Cross Station and St Pancras International Terminus. All major rail terminals are easily reached by tube.
By tube: The nearest tube stations are Euston and Euston Square, which are on the Northern, Victoria, Metropolitan, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines. Between July 2014 and March 2015 Euston Square will have refurbishment work taking place on various underground station escalators, please see below for alternative routes.
By bus: Numbers 10, 18, 30, 73, 205 and 390 pass the door whilst 59, 68, 91, 168, and 253 stop nearby.
By car: Friends House is within a meter parking zone. Charges must be paid Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:30 and Saturday 09:00 - 13:30. There are alternative, longer-term parking facilities under Euston Station. Please note that Friends House is within the congestion charge zone. For details of how to pay please go to www.cclondon.com
Drop Off: If you need to arrange to be dropped off at the venue please contact us for information.
What are the lunch arrangements? Can I bring my own food to the event?
Unfortunately only food and drink bought on the premises can be consumed in the building. There is a cafe onsite and you can pre-purchase a Grab and Go lunch bag. If you decide against either of these options you will need to eat at a local cafe or take your lunch elsewhere to eat. The venue has a very strict contract with a catering company which means there is less flexibility in these arrangements than we would like but we are hoping for a sunny day where sandwiches can be eaten in one of the local outdoor spaces!
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
It will really speed things up if you can bring your ticket with you, either a printed version or on a phone or tablet. If for any reason you can't do this then we will be able to manually look up your booking but if you don't have your e-ticket you will need some form or ID in the same name as the ticket.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
This is absolutley fine as long as the person attending has a copy of the e-ticket.
I have booked in for a seminar session but would like to attend a different session, will this be ok?
Please email us advising which session you would like to book. On the day you will only be able to attend those sessions that you have pre-registered and some sessions will be totally booked up in advance. Please do get in touch asap.
