Kelly will explre how the practice environment shapes person-centred practice and shared decision making and focus on how people, processes and structures influence decision making. We will look at the relational level (micro), organisational level (meso) and system level (macro).

Kelly will invite us all to reflect and discuss and share how we create conditions where older persons are respected , heard, and genuinly involved in care decisions.
