For one day a year the magical creatures that live in the woodlands and grasslands on Kenley Common come out and leave traces of their existence.
Follow the map and clues in your booklet to find the magic, complete activities and crafts along the way and once you are finished come back to the Ranger for your magical prize!
Event information
- This is a self-guided trail that you can do at your own pace
- You can start at any time between 1pm and 3pm
- Meet the Ranger near the notice board on the Airfield near Golf Road (see map below)
- Follow the map and clues for a short trail (30mins) or long trail (60mins)
- Well-behaved dogs on leads welcome
- The walk will follow grassy paths and woodland tracks with some uneven terrain
- Should the weather or ground conditions be unsuitable the event will be rescheduled - if this occurs an email will be sent to in advance
We cannot refund tickets for this event. If you can no longer attend we can offer places on other walks, talks, and events.
£3 per child. Your support helps us to run events like this one and goes towards the management and conservation of the four Coulsdon Commons.
Please note: not all paths are buggy friendly (woodchips, tree roots and mud when its been wet).
