Energy Conscious Organisation (EnCO) aims to engage, empower and equip organisations and energy professionals to enable significant energy savings through people. EnCO integrates employee engagement with technical opportunities to reduce energy consumption, costs and carbon emissions to accelerate the journey to net zero emissions.


Join us for EnCOnference 2022 - a day created by the EnCO initiative that is devoted to helping organisations become more energy efficient using behaviour change.

Learn from world-leading experts about how you can use behavioural change principles to reduce energy costs, carbon emissions and create amazing co-benefits for your organisations.
