Description

Encraft deliver a series of half-day training sessions to develop skills in delivering low energy buildings. Sessions will be repeated at least twice a year; keep an eye on Eventbrite or our website for dates of sessions.

What's it about?

A technical session that will guide participants through U-values, heat losses, thermal conductivities and how these relate to the current building standards. The session requires no previous knowledge of building physics, only that the participants can perform basic calculations on a calculator.

The session will be led by Dr. Sarah Price, a Certified Passivhaus Consultant who has worked for Encraft since 2010, after completing her PhD in Molecular Physics at the University of Birmingham. Sarah is a senior consultant at Encraft, and specialises in building physics and project management.

Booking:

Tickets cost £99 + VAT and must be purchased in advance. Early booking is strongly advised as there are a limited number of spaces.

A copy of the joining instructions for the morning will be sent to all registered delegates closer to the event. Light refreshments will be available on arrival.
